Met with the trainer today.

Apparently I didn't lose anything, but GAINED body fat, which doesn't even make any sense. :(

My husband's body fat swings as much as 5% during the day because of hydration. Mine doesn't swing like that though.

My lowest weight is first thing in the morning. However, lowest BF is last thing at night. Go figure!
